Sheet Text options of the Display Dialog

This dialog is now split into two parts.

The Project Title Text parameters set the title labeling for the ProjeX sheet and can be set as the user requires.

The ProjeX Sheet Text parameters set the titles used to label the data columns of the ProjeX sheet.
