As before once we have entered the task descriptions, their durations and the start dates relative to other tasks things still look a bit strange.

Lets indent the tasks in the sub groups (using the option from the right mouse button again) to show which tasks are part of which sub-group.

Note - the last task ('Deliver final product') has not been included as part of the 'Produce Final Product'.

When we generate another Gantt chart we get the above. The sub-group the tasks are allocated to is automatically set by their indentation. At the top left hand corner of the sheet are three little icons, , and , these set the group level displayed. The view above is with all groups displayed (), if we want to just display the sub-groups then we can click on to give the view below.
