TrendeX is an Excel add-in that was written to add multi-trend functionality to Excel's charts.
Excel can easily plot a single linear regression line on a series of points in a chart, where it fails is plotting multiple regression lines
TrendeX adds multiple trend/regression analysis capabilities to Excel charts, the regression parameters (slope and intercept) are annotated in the chart key. The user simply selects the points to analyse, the chart to plot the trend line on and TrendeX does the rest.

The version of TrendeX available here is freeware, there is another version of TrendeX available with increased functionality which you need to register for.

- Extra regression lines can now be calculated for non-linear regression. Exponential, logrithmic and power functions can now also be analyzed and plotted on the input data.
- The functionality to analyze columns/rows of data that are not adjacent to each other in the spreadsheet has been upgraded.
- The ability to handle multiple trend lines on multiple charts has been improved.
