For our example lets generate a report for the junior geophysicist, showing the project breakdown.
For the example above we can see that the resource is never allocated over 100% and has large gaps where the person could be working on other projects.
The way ProjeX calculates the amount of a resource allocated to a task is fairly complicated because even if a resource can work 8 hours a day on a given task, the task might only have a workday of 5 hours (for example a reference library might only be open for 5 hours a day while the researcher works an 8 hour day).
Using another WAA product (PlaneX) we can generate a yearly or monthly plan of what resources are being used.
We have looked at how our resource is being used but not the cost of the project or resource.
