There are four possible problems :
- You have not generated a ProjeX sheet for the
tasks prior to trying to generate a Gantt chart.
Always generate the example (or blank task sheet)
first and then cut and paste or edit the tasks
and dates to be what you require for your
project. You can just type extra tasks when
required, ProjeX will include them when the chart
is generated.
- The user has inserted blank rows/columns either
to the left of the task sheet or above the task
list. It is critical that extra columns are only
inserted using the options in 'Display
Properties'. If in doubt generate an example
ProjeX list on a new sheet.
- The user has removed columns or rows to the left
or above the ProjeX task list. Put them back and
everything should work fine.
- The ProjeX sheet has become corrupted somehow.
Select the cell directly below the task title
"No of Days", this cell should be
greyed out. If it does not contain a 1 or a 2,
enter a 1 in the cell and try again.
The latest version of ProjeX now asks the user to
select two cells from the Gantt chart so that its
internal database can be reset.
