Workday and Cost Task Properties Option

The workday hour parameters and how the task bar is plotted are the same for this tab as the 'Display Properties' one, here however we are just updating the selected task not all the tasks on the ProjeX sheet.

As part of the cost analysis package, the cost of a particular task can be set rather than calculating it based on the cost of the resource allocated (for example we might might be charged for the cost of laying a concrete slab as a fixed price rather than by the of the materials, delivery and then pouring).

We can also specify here whether vacation days are to be treated as non-work days for the task or not.
